Deep Dish: featuring Stevie Nicks album release

Music released on the 2006-04-17

Deep Dish enjoyed a phenomenal 2005. The release and worldwide success of 'Say Hello', and their artist album, 'George Is On', which in the UK received plaudits from DJ mag, Arena, Radio 1, the Sunday Mirror and many more, cemented them as one of the greatest dance outfits in the world.

Dubfire and Sharam also received another Grammy nomination, and completed an unprecedented global tour that sold-out in every territory they visited (the 2006 leg has just begun).

Following the release of the 'Sacremento EP' in November, the duo is ready to release the track everyone’s been waiting for. 'Dreams', featuring new vocals from Stevie Nicks, has been a staple of Deep Dish’s DJ sets in Ibiza and beyond, and a firm favourite from an album that has already given them Top 5 and Top 15 UK hits.

Recorded last year in Los Angeles, 'Dreams' was given the seal of approval from long-time Dish fan Pete Tong, who entered the fray first, making the Axwell mix his first Essential New Tune of 2006 on his Radio 1 show. Couple this with No.1's in both the Buzz and Cool Cuts charts, and you've got a major hit in the making.

In addition to the much-loved original version, Deep Dish also turn in storming dub mix.

The remix package is one of the finest you'll find this year. Led by Axwell's stunning rework, DJ Simi & Masterkeys, from Italy's legendary club, Angels Of Love, go for tripped out vocal and dub mixes, Dean Coleman opts for an electro vocal remake that brings in dischordant keys and signature acid touches, Tocadisco take to the controls with a string-drenched remix, and finally, the Miami Calling mix adds a chunky bassline, chiming guitars and a hint of indie-pop.
