These are the beautiful works of a photographer who captures rainbow-like gatherings of stars high above America's wilderness.
Matt Payne, from Portland, Oregon has been photographing stars for five years. The photographer, originally from Colorado, said he enjoys being out in the wild and has always been drawn to the world above. He revealed people who have lived most of their lives within cities usually react to his works with amazement as they have never seen so many stars with their own eyes.
