An 11-day exhibition of award-winning youth artwork opened in Beijing on Saturday.
The China-ASEAN Youth Artwork Creation Contest, begun in 2006 and organized by the All-China Youth Federation and its counterparts in ASEAN countries, selects 150 pieces of artwork from 1,000 award winners in previous contests.
Organizers announced at the opening ceremony that the 8th contest will lift its curtain in September as part of the annual China-ASEAN Expo in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
