After a year-long gap, Taiwan pop singer Yoga Lin returns with a tour, The Great Yoga, which will stop in five Chinese cities, including Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu. The Beijing concert will be on June 25.
He will perform some new songs as well as his older hits during the tour.
The winner of the first season of One Million Star, a popular TV singing competition show in Taiwan, the 28-year-old gained a large fan base for his various interpretations of musical styles.
His debut album, Mystery Guest, was released in 2008 and sold more than 40,000 copies in its first week. The following albums, including Sense Around, Perfect Life and Fiction, also won him fans across Asia. He was nominated as best new artist at the Taiwan Golden Melody Awards in 2009.
Before he took a break for his one-year military service, he released his live performance album, Jazz Channel, in 2013. His latest album will be released late this year.
