Season four of the popular TV hit "The Voice of China" was broadcast on Zhejiang Satellite Television on July 17 with Taiwan pop megastar Jay Chou as a new coach.
The new season was kicked off with an adapted version of Jay Chou's song "Nunchakus" which is performed by a female hip-pop singer, Chen Zitong.
Tan Xuanyuan, a pub singer from Chongqing, stunned coaches with his singing of the song "Still Loving You".
In the next five weeks, the show will feature 50 candidates on the stage for a blind audition process.
The new season will keep its blind audition part but include a new live show phase when contestants from different teams will be disorganized to compete in a more fierce battle.
The series is part of the "The Voice" franchise and is based on the Dutch program "The Voice of Holland".
