'Gangnam Style' breaks YouTube view counter

South Korean pop-artist Psy's massive 2012 hit "Gangnam Style" has goten so many hits on YouTube that the web-video giant can no longer keep track.

Since it was first posted in 2012, "Gangnam Style" has been viewed more than 2.1 billion times.

The amount of views is so massive that Youtube issued a statement earlier this week, saying that the Google-owned company "never thought a video would be watched in numbers greater than a 32-bit integer", but when the website encountered Psy, the video site had to upgrade its view counter to a 64-bit integer.

While some might have wanted this song to go away, it seems like many, many more, are still moving to "Gangnam Style."
