A strategic cooperation agreement was signed by Jiangxi Tianren Group and Changhe Aircraft Industries Group on Monday in Nanchang, capital of Jiangxi province, for development of general aviation.
With the agreement, Tianren Group will buy six AC311 and two AC313 civil helicopters made by Changhe Group for forest fire prevention, agriculture, forestry, pest control, power line patrol, rescue, tourism and business in the province.
Liang Xiaowen, president of Tianren Group, a top enterprise in China offering biotechnology for pest prevention in agriculture and forestry, said his group will pay great attention in the next three years to developing general aviation in cooperation with Changhe Group.
Yu Feng, president of Changhe Group, said that the cooperation between his group and Tianren signifies an important initiative to accelerate the development of the aviation industry and means that Jiangxi province has become the forerunner in the general aviation market in China’s central region.
