A man in Chengdu, Sichuan province, who tried to pass a school bus that stopped to let children out has been fined, Western China Metropolis Daily reported.
The incident occurred around 4:30 pm on Monday. The bus had stopped and activated its flashing red lights when the man, who was driving a car, tried to pass.
A police officer stopped the driver, and was fined 200 yuan ($33), according to the report.
Nine kindergarten students were on the bus when the incident occurred, including the man's son.
