Why China is attractive to global corporations

China is quite special, which is why big corporations from all over the globe have operations there.

It has a stable government, big available workforce, low costs, infrastructure such as roads and ports, and a desire to compete on the world stage.

The company I worked for there employed over 300 engineers. I wasn't on the corporate side, but from what I heard the government gave the multi-story building to us almost rent-free, provided we trained and hired the engineers.
