Large Medium SmallBEIJING - Chinese Minister of Civil Affairs Li Liguo will attend the third Arab-African summit in Kuwait as special envoy of President Xi Jinping.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang made the remarks at a regular press briefing on Thursday afternoon.
The summit is scheduled from November 18-20.
