Ernst & Young opens Shenyang office

Ernst & Young opened its Shenyang office in Liaoning province on Friday, bringing the number of their offices in China to 16.

Albert Ng, chief managing partner of EY Greater China, said it is an important strategy for the company to develop and strengthen its business in Northeast China. EY says it is confident in the Chinese market. The opening of the Shenyang office shows its clients' businesses keep growing in China.

Shenyang is the financial center of Northeast China. The Shenyang office will offer service for clients not only in Liaoning province but also in Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces, said Joe Tsang, managing partner of EY North China.

EY, based in the US, is a global firm in auditing, taxation, financial transactions and consulting. It has more than 40 year of history in the Greater China area.
