China understands and supports Pyongyang's wish to hold dialogues with Washington and Seoul respectively outside the frozen Six-Party Talks, Beijing's special envoy for the Korean Peninsula affairs said on Friday.
A spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK) Tuesday said the DPRK would like to join in the six-party talks on nuclear disarmament unconditionally and wouldn't reject to discuss uranium enrichment in the talks, the official news agency KCNA reported.
