China's very first bitcoin ATM made its debut Tuesday in a cafe in Shanghai. By scanning bitcoin address QR codes accessible through a smartphone app, the ATM allows traders to buy bitcoins using cash. Currently, bitcoin-to-cash transactions are still not available on the machine.
