All eyes are on China, reform guidelines have unveiled at the conclusion of a key meeting of the Communist Party of China's Central Committee. For 4 days, the 205-member committee has met behind closed doors to discuss key reforms that will chart the course of the country's development in the coming decade. They've issued a communique, which gives a glimpse into the changes in store for the world's second largest economy to make.

China's blueprint for the next decade, Xi Jinping, head of the Communist Party of China, has delivered a work report at the third Plenary Session of the Party's 18th Central Committee. He unveiled development guidelines for the country.
