Liaoning utilizes $10b in foreign investment

In the first three quarters of this year, cities in Liaoning province utilized foreign investment exceeding $10 billion, according to Liaoning Service Industry Committee.

The utilized foreign capital of the 56 cities in the province climbed to $10.71 billion, accounting for 53.3 percent of the total in the province.

Dalian, Shenyang and Anshan were the top three cities in utilizing foreign capital.

Liaoning's 56 cities attracted 366.35 billion yuan ($60.08 billion) in investment from other provinces in the first three quarters, accounting for 48.5 percent of the province's total domestic investment.
