Large Medium Small"Warm and comfortable community" is a low-rent neighbourhood in Manzhouli, Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Put into use in 2009, more than 2,000 low income households have moved in.
Up until 2011, 1.27 million affordable housings have been built in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region. The region has started the construction of 281,500 homes this year.
