Michelin has strict and high standards for TyrePlus, including 111 standard operation procedure items, a neat and clean working area and first-class hardware.

This ensures that all tires, engine oil and brake parts meet TyrePlus' stringent safety and professional standards," said Videau.
IT support for TyrePlus, including a monitoring and auditing system to track customer service records, and all-round support by Michelin Training Center also help maintain high standards.
According to China's Talent Shortage Report, which was jointly published by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor and Social Security and six other ministries, there is a shortage of at least 1 million professionals in China's auto aftermarket.
