The first sports utility vehicle in the Audi S sporty family, the SQ5 recently hit the Chinese market with a price tag of 698,000 yuan.
Equipped with a 3.0-liter V6 TFSI engine capable of generating 260kw in power and peak torque of 470Nm, the SUV also benefits from Audi's quattro four-wheel drive technology and an 8-speed tiptronic gearbox.
The SQ5 can accelerate from zero to 100km/h in 5.3 seconds, and has a top speed of 250km/h.
With the launch of the SUV, Audi also kicked off its "Land of quattro" marketing campaign that sponsors ski events and driving activities on ice.
