With a competitive sticker price between 1.823 million and 2.523 million yuan, German premium brand Audi's new R8 super sports car models hit the Chinese market on Oct 24.

The new R8 has four variants with two engine options - V10 and V8. The all-new seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission efficiently delivers strong power to the latest quattro permanent four-wheel drive, making the R8 V10 accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in no more than 4 seconds, and have a maximum power of 525 hp. The 4.2-liter V8 engine offers a maximum power of 430 ph and top torque of 430 Nm, however, only consumes 12.7 liters of fuel for 100 km.
In addition, Audi also launched a RS 5 Cabriolet sports car with price of 1.288 million yuan.
