Zhanjiang chambers of commerce hold annual meeting in Beijing

Chairmen of local Zhanjiang chambers of commerce and entrepreneurs from Zhanjiang, in South China's Guangdong province, gathered in Beijing on Monday for their 7th annual meeting.

The meeting, with themes of cooperation, win-win solutions, inclusion and development, is being held outside Zhanjiang for the first time.

Through business inspections, forums and experience sharing, the meeting promoted visits and communication between local chambers of commerce, realizing opportunities and helping to share resources.

At the meeting, entrepreneurs discussed how to strengthen and consolidate the Zhanjiang Chamber of Commerce and made recommendations on how to improve the Zhanjiang investment environment.

The book "For Dreams", which is a collection of stories about successful entrepreneurs from Zhanjiang, was also released during the meeting.

Deng Biquan, CPPCC chairman of Zhanjiang city, attended the meeting and praised the rotating meeting method as a great innovation.

Deng expressed his hopes that entrepreneurs from Zhanjiang can return to the city to invest and contribute to the development of their hometown.
