Homeinns Hotel Group, China's largest budget hotel chain, received a buyout offer from investors, including Ctrip.com, one of the country's major hotel and flight ticket booking sites, adding to a growing number of US-listed mainland companies seeking privatization.
The hotel chain rose 4.4 percent from the beginning of this year against an almost 60 percent gain in China's benchmark Shanghai Composite Index.
