In a car equipped with GPS system, computer processing system and electronic control unit, a researcher wearing a special hood with 14 sensors captures the brain signals and then delivers them to the computer processing system, which makes the car perform the operations such as opening and closing the door as well as adjust the rear-vision mirror. The research result, developed by Nankai University in Tianjin, links brain signals and car control system for the first time in China, which means "brain-controlled cars" are not far away.
