Q: Do you have any plans to change Lakala's business model or start up a new business? What drives you to explore different business fields?
A: I do one thing at a time, so I haven't thought about changing the current business.
What are your business principles?
Focus, no repetition, a platform for career advancement and helping others.
What was your proudest business decision so far?
I cooperate with other people.
Is there any entrepreneur that you admire?
Lenovo Group's former chairman Liu Chuanzhi and Huawei's CEO Ren Zhengfei.
What words would you choose to describe yourself?
I am a person who possesses integrity, generosity, responsibility and bravery.
What do you usually do in your spare time? What are your hobbies?
I spend one-sixth of my time doing something with my parents, one-sixth with my children, one sixth with friends, one-sixth for work, one-sixth for society, and another sixth for outdoor activities. I like playing golf.
What do you think are the major drivers of Lakala's success?
We were doing the right thing. We have a good leadership, strategy, and team - and these, as Liu Chuanzhi pointed out - are the three key factors in corporate management.
