The Cultural and Creative Park of Beijing Film Academy is to launch an “innovative partner pattern”, which will helps startups settle in the park with their skills or start-up ideas in the beginning phase and delay payment of related costs until they are profitable. In this way the park shares the startups’ costs and risks.
The park’s investment fund allocates 300 million yuan for startups and innovative projects. The park cooperates strategically with more than 400 investment institutions, and operates a cooperative fund of more than 10 billion yuan, which is invested in the cultural enterprises in the park on a priority basis.
