Please notice that:
1. The aforementioned materials No.1, No.2 and No.3 are available for download at the Z-Park official website http://www.zgc.gov.cn(see the “办事指南” section).
2. Application materials written in foreign languages are supposed to be translated by a qualified translation company into Chinese with the official seal affixed to the documents prior to submitting.
(II) Foreign technical personnel employed by Z-Park enterprises should submit the following materials for the application of permanent residence in China under the points system:
1. An application from the employer;
2. A letter of commitment from the employer;
3. A letter of commitment from the applicant;
4. A filled out copy of the Application for Permanent Residence in China under the Points System from Foreign Technical Personnel Employed by Z-Park Enterprises 2016;
5. A photocopy of the employment contract indicating the applicant’s position in the company;
6. A photocopy of the applicant’s valid passport;
7. A photocopy of the company’s business license duplicates;
8. Proof of tax payment in Beijing;
9. A photocopy of the company’s Z-Park High-Tech Enterprise Certificate;
10. Other relevant materials, for instance
— Education background: diplomas of the applicant’s highest level of education, authenticated by an authentication service agency designated by the Chinese overseas embassies or consulates, or the national education authority;
— The number of years working in China: proof of tax payment in China or the foreigner’s employment permit (Foreign Experts Certificate) and other materials that can help prove the number of years of the applicant’s work experience in China;
— Relevant work experience: contracts with former employers or the proof of employment (including the applicant’s position, professional title, job description, the number of years working, and other related information), and proof of former employers’ qualification (e.g. employees of universities listed in the QS World University Rankings are required to present the QS World University Rankings list);
— Gross yearly salary: a document issued by the employer proving the applicant’s previous year salary plus performance bonus;
— The expertise in technology: proof of IP ownership (patents obtained or certificates of awards and honors), internationally recognized certificates in professional or technical skills, and other related materials;
11. Other necessary materials.
