Nearly 600 Internet Plus companies including Internet-leading enterprises such as 260, Alibaba and Meituan, and many emerging industrial corporations including eLong and Baihe have settled in the Zhongguancun Chaoyang park, with nearly 80 billion yuan income in total and 20 percent year-on-year growth.
The official said the upgrading is being widely applied to the tenants' consumption structure, cloud computing and mobile Internet. The internet plus will bring new modes and new commercial activities leading to a rise of mobile e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce and O2O (online to offline) business.
During the 13th Five-Year Plan, the Chaoyang Park will seize the opportunities for technological achievements transformation and upgrading and production of new products to create a gathering place for the Internet plus industries, implement the industrial innovation programs and attract more leading enterprises to settle in the park.
Meanwhile, the park will use mobile Internet and big data to promote its top products and unique services and focus on meeting the needs of consumers relying on the data handling capacity of its Internet corporations.
Introducing innovation and entrepreneurship policy
The official said the park intends to promote high-quality construction of green buildings in its technological business innovation district to create a green intelligent demonstration zone.
In addition, it aims to introduce internationally leading talents and innovative entrepreneurship teams under the support of the talent engineering projects to promote an innovation and entrepreneurship development policy.
The official mentioned that the park intends to build five incubators or maker spaces soon, with the number to expand to 30 by 2020.
