Tencent Zhongchuang Space announced its settlement in Zhongguancun Science Park on August 16. It now occupies a-2,216-square-meter area in the park and provides entrepreneurs incubation services through intelligent management systems.

Tencent Zhongchuang Space aims at various programs such as social contacts, education, e-commerce, O2O (online to offline) big data and artificial intelligence and will bring in teams with 15 to 30 members.

Compared to Tencent's other offline incubation platforms, its Zhongchuang Space has two features. First, it focuses on the construction of a high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship environment for small teams. Second, as Zhongguancun Park pays more attention to entrepreneurial success rates, the newly settled Zhongchuang Space companies may attract special financial support.

Zhongguancun Science Park is a national software industrial base and a national software export base.

In the past 16 years, more than 400 enterprises such as Tencent, Lenovo, Baidu, Sina, IBM and Oracle from China and other countries have settled down in the park. It has evolved into a demonstration area in the software and information service fields.
