At the listing ceremony, the President of Tsinghua University, Cheng Jianping; chairman of Tsinghua Holdings, Xu Jinhong; its president, Zhou Liye; president of Tsinghua Tongfang, Huang Yu; chief scientist of Global Safety and member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Fan Weicheng; chairman of Global Safety, Wang Zhong; and its president, Yuan Hongyberong were all on hand for this significant moment.
Cheng, the President of Tsinghua University, gave a speech about the ten-year development of Global Safety and had a summary with several words -- ten years' building, innovative development, others' support and bright future. Cheng said that these ten years also nurtured a mature public safety industry and advanced safety technology. The listing is not the end but the start of a new career, a single step on the road to success. He hopes that the company can make progress not only in business management but also in public safety science.
