ChineseAll, a leading digital publisher in China, launched its "Intellectual Property (IP) Integration" development strategy in a high-end forum in Beijing on July 20.
The company discussed the creation of new high quality literature works through intellectual property integration with other corporate partners from the publication, film and television, game and animation industries.
The increasing market enthusiasm in the IP sector this year injected a new momentum into the creation of more content for publications and provided broader opportunities for the related industries. The operation focus of the IP business has shifted from print publication of internet literature to the discovery, cultivation and development of IP products, which can consolidate the diversified cultural industry and generate a trillion yuan of profit in the future, said Wang Ping, deputy director of the Chinese Academy of Press and Publication.
Tong Zhilei, chairman and president of ChineseAll, said that in this unprecedented time of cultural prosperity in China, literature is not conveyed only through words. Film and television, games, animation and audio works and their derivatives have created a new ecosystem in the cultural industry, called "literature+", a new cluster of cultural products.
Tong noted that ChineseAll, as a pioneer in China's cultural innovation, will make use of its technological advantages, author resources and business connections to collaborate with its peers in the industry and promote win-win results.

The vice executive president of ChineseAll, Xie Guangcai, explained the company’s advantages in the IP integration process.
Xie stressed four advantages of ChineseAll that have accumulated over the 16 years since the company’s establishment. Firstly, ChineseAll can produce abundant content. The company has a content reserve of about a million items, and updates several tens of thousands of literature works every year. Secondly, the company has an excellent evaluation system for IP products based on data and think tank analysis. IP products with market potential can be discovered and nurtured after evaluation of story-telling, characters, reading quantity, topic and other factors. Thirdly, the promotion channel of ChineseAll ensures a wide market reach. The company has 70 million direct customers, and 600 million more in its operation channels, including mobile readers from major reading smart phone applications. Fourthly, the company’s industry integration capability creates an industrial chain and allows cooperative running of IP products.
Xie also pointed out that the company’s resources in contact authors, platforms and channels, as well as its financing strength, can help create more works with more market potential. By signing contracts with 23 renowned authors to give training to internet literature writers, ChineseAll owned more than 100 original IP literature works with a click rate of over 100 million. Through establishing film and TV studios, expanding its game business and creating original audio products, ChineseAll is expected to upgrade the industry structure.
