Zhongguancun Inno Way, in the district of Haidian, in Beijing, having seen the birth of 1,000 teams and companies, at a daily average of 1.4, and having held various activities since it was built in 2014, is becoming a channel connecting domestic and global new-birth businesses and boosting innovation cooperation.
According to Yu Jun, the Haidian district mayor, Inno Way is now home to 45 organizations and more than 150 overseas returnees and foreign groups. One thousand startups have been incubated in Inno Way, and financing of 3.4 billion yuan has been distributed among 483 of them. Over 160,000 people have participated in 1,600 activities held by the administrative department.
In addition, Inno Way has set up an Innohall to provide 'governmental+ professional service'. Over 2,000 enterprises have come for consultations, 586 of which were able to register as Inno Way tenants at the Inno hall counter. Inno hall has also begun to cooperate with giants including Datang Telecom, Tsinghua Tongfang, KPMG, Cogobuy, Haier and Baidu on online platforms.
