Though Japan is one of the main players in the international outsourcing market, Japanese providers expressed their concern and strategies to seek a larger market presence.
“We should better integrate the latest technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence with our service to solve such problems,” said Masayuki Osuka, chairman of the Global Business Committee of the Japan Information Technology Service Industry Association, who said he was impressed by the international perspectives of guests and speakers during the event.
