As the main venue for the 19th China Beijing International Fair for Trade in Service (CIFTIS), which will be held from May 28 to June 1, the China National Convention Center plans to welcome 45,000 visitors and 101 activities in three forms---exhibitions, forums and biz talks.
The China National Convention Center is an important element in the overall plan for CIFTIS and its service reflects the soft power of Beijing, as does even China’s service level, which has a significant impact on the city and country’s images. The center is the first domestic exhibition venue that has established a national service standardization system, and has set 411 service rules covering conferences, catering, exhibitions and other events.
On the basis of standardized services, visitors to any event can appreciate Chinese elements everywhere. For example, service staff in Chinese apparel will show the charm of Chinese etiquette. At the table, visitors can enjoy local cuisine from around China, such as Beijing noodles, seafood pancakes, pea cakes and rolling soybean cakes. This kind of standardization and consistency will impress guests with the level of Chinese service.
