A high audio-visual technology and management control system is expected to serve the police administration of a city’s public security bureau.

Tellhow Sci-Tech Co Ltd recently won the bidding in the Public Security Bureau’s command center of Xinghua city, Jiangsu province. A “unified command, quick response, and information-sharing” multi-functional platform is to be built for the bureau for receipt of alarms and police management.

The public security command center is a touchstone for a city’s quick reaction to various criminal cases and emergencies, its first aid services, and its comprehensive urban administration.

The hi-tech also includes digital, computer multimedia, and network technology. When accomplished, the platform will be part of the city’s infrastructure and public services system.

According to documents released by the Ministry of Public Security in recent years, comprehensive emergency command systems, which process the different security phone numbers 110 (for police), 119 (for fire), and 122 (for traffic accident), are highly promoted as they integrate human, physical and financial resources.
