Although the overall economic situation is complicated and severe, China’s software and information technology service industry has still maintained steady development, and realized business income of 2,480 billion yuan with a 31.5% yoy growth, among which income of information technology service reached 1,300 billion with a 36.3% yoy growth and occupied 52.2% of the whole industry; industrial structure has been optimizing, the income from data processing and operation service developed rapidly, totally 415.6 billion yuan with a 35.9% yoy growth and occupied 16.8% of the whole industry; the pace of software servitization and networked obviously stepped up, in 2012 the export of software and information technology service reached 36.8 billion yuan with a 21% yoy growth; export of outsourcing service increased by 54%, and contributed to 60% of software export. Software outsourcing service is an important part of software and information technology service industry, transformation of method of economic development, adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure and continuously deepening of integration all provide the development of software outsourcing and information technology a great environment and huge market. In the meanwhile, new technologies like internet of things, cloud computing, mobile internet have influenced the pattern of business, interaction and leading of software outsourcing and are now speeding up the extension of Chinese software enterprises’ business fields to the high-end and high value-added fields.
