Just like many other developing countries, China is now facing the transformation as well as adjustment and change of population. Because of population growth and population aging, the needs for health and medical services and social welfare are becoming more and more. During this transforming process, many difficulties are waiting for us to overcome. We will need more public services, social services, water supply, garbage disposal, and infrastructure construction which need lots of investments to service industry and in the meantime contain huge potential of development of service industry. Urbanization will bring the development of service industry with great potential, it is the foundation of realizing development of economies of scale, and during the economic development the development costs need to be further lowered so as to benefit more people.
