Le Vision Pictures (LeVP) released its strategies for the new year at a press conference, “Irresistible: Internet Ecosystem + Video & 2016 Letv Video + Membership Strategy”, on December 29 in Beijing.
In 2016, LeVP will continue to advance its folksonomy-based intellectual property operation model by producing films for well-defined audience groups while promoting integration in the video industry with the introduction of new video products within its wide-ranging Internet ecosystem.
A total of 20 films folksonomically for six viewer groups including young people, parents-children, and film fans, and more than 30 heavyweight TV dramas adapted from novels will be presented next year in accordance with its Y-Pro Strategy and Super Intellectual Property Adaption Strategy.
The membership system will also be upgraded by introducing two new membership schemes - the Super Video Membership for families and the large-screen ecosystem and the Le Dimension Membership for young people and the mobile ecosystem. Folksonomy-based products will cover both family and individual users, while the Letv ecosystem services will deliver a seamless shift between different application scenarios.
