With the unremitting efforts and full devotion, Likun has grown from an intern into the most popular and influential hostess of BTV.
All her programs, ranging from traditional Chinese culture to telling stories of Beijing moral role models, have a high reputation among audiences, especially young people.
She has presided over almost all the galas and celebrations at BTV, such as the annual Spring Festival gala, the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in 2008, the 60th anniversary of the People's Republic of China, as well as the Beijing International Film Festival.
With her excellent skill in communication, Likun also visited Europe and Africa with government delegations to promote exchange between Beijing and foreign cities.
Her diligence brings not only honors, but also occupational diseases, such as hypoglycemia, low blood pressure and varicose veins. However, she has never asked for sick leave in the past 10 years.
