An innovation and entrepreneurship competition based on Internet Plus began collecting projects across the country, especially in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei province, on Sept 8 when the competition was launched at the Zhongguancun Science Park in Beijing.
The "Internet plus" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition 2015 targets projects in seven industries, including intelligent hardware, smart energy , smart community, smart health, modern agriculture, industrial Internet, and cultural and technological integration. There will also be a special promotion for commercialization of technological achievements.
Zhongguancun Intelligent Hardware Dreamwork, an organizer of the competition, said that the competition will meet the needs of mass innovation for China's innovation-driven development strategy.
In addition, it can increase communication among small and minor hardware entrepreneur teams and spread the idea of industrial integration.
The national Internet Plus strategy aims to rejuvenate traditional industries and integrate Internet technologies with manufacturing and business, and scale the circular economy.
