Taiwan singer A Lin will perform in Beijing on Sept 26. As part of her Sonar World Tour 2015, she will perform hits from her eight studio albums and will also bring along the traditional songs of Amis tribes.
Born in Taitung county, on the eastern coast of Taiwan, the 32-year-old has been good at singing since childhood and became a professional singer after being spotted by her agency when she was 16.
Before she released her 2006 debut album, Lost of Love Innocent, she performed in local pubs and soon rose to fame with her powerful voice and expressive performance.
She gained wide popularity on the Chinese mainland in 2014 after participating in the third season of a reality TV show, I Am a Singer.
