"A new wave of entrepreneurship is coming to China, and it will differ from previous experiences as service systems are springing up to support it," said Xu Jinghong, CEO of Tsinghua Holdings. "I want to see this wave become the normal state of China, and that's just what the plan is going for. Of course, other new incubators and entrepreneurship service institutions work towards the same goal."
With TITH Holdings' experience in entrepreneurial service along with myriad efforts from society, I hope the entrepreneurship can go on, he added.
Qin Jun, president of TITH Holdings, said at the news conference "To help startups with the limitations of time and space, our company's new plan hopes to make it easier for anyone to start a business."
The company now provides office space, community sites, science parks, and incubators to relieve startup's concerns of working space, and these include Urwork, Inno Way, TusPark, and Binggo Coffee.
In addition, the Galaxy Institute, an institution offering professional training services for new entrepreneurs, is available with tutors experienced in business and corporation operation.
The company also has capital of up to two billion yuan ($322 million) to invest in promising startups.
"As a veteran entrepreneur, I personally understand how difficult it is to start a business, so we are dedicated to creating a new service model with capital, space and talented people to make things easier," said Qin.

It will also gather 1,000 tutors to provide services for 10,000 entrepreneur teams. It will also have a recruitment platform to help new startups find the people they need. Its capital will be invested in more than 2,000 projects.
The company also signed contracts with the cities of Tianjin, Chengdu and Qingdao, stating they will build streets like Beijing's Inno Way to gather local services for entrepreneurs.
TITH Holdings has been working on promoting regional innovation and enterprise growth for years, having built science parks and incubators in more than 50 cities across China. In 2012, it established China's first incubator in the Silicon Valley, US, starting a global innovation resources circulation system.
In 2014, the company built the Inno Way, in Zhongguancun Haidian Science Park, the first innovation service gathering area in China. It has become a national entrepreneurship symbol.
