Established in 1988, Tsinghua Unigroup is a major subsidiary of Tsinghua Holdings with a total capital of 40 billion yuan ($6.4 billion).
The Tsinghua Unigroup has dedicated itself to the integrated circuit industry, including chip designs, industrial parks, communications and microelectronics institutions.
