Easter highlights
The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing is presenting new culinary delights for Easter at Barolo. The menu at the Italian style restaurant features cacao marinated duck breast served with duck liver pat and roasted eggplant, pan fried lamb cutlet, marinated eggplant, rosemary and black pepper sauce.
The Crowne Plaza Beijing Wangfujing is offering an Easter family brunch buffet at its Essence Restaurant. As well as an extensive selection of eastern and Western food, there will be fun activities. Appointments
Andrew Rogers was appointed as the multi-property vice president and general manager of the Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street.
The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou appointed Benedikt Kuhn as its food and beverage manager and Lili Wong as its director of sales and marketing.
Ernst Mayer was appointed as the general manager of InterContinental Lijiang Ancient Town Resort and Hotel Indigo Lijiang Ancient Town.
