New Year events boost Olympic bid

Events marking Chinese New Year and Beijing's candidacy to host the 2022 Winter Olympics have been staged in Helsinki, capital of Finland and Tallinn, capital of Estonia. The promotions were run by the Beijing municipal government and attracted many visitors.
