Zhongguancun intelligent environment industry alliance, which aims to be a pioneer in exploring the new generation of environmental information system and standards, was launched in Beijing on Jan 23.
The alliance is made up of 43 companies, three research institutions and one industrial alliance.
Members of the alliance are all from Zhongguancun and specialize on environmental pollution control, planning and design, engineering construction, environmental monitoring, ecological restoration, energy saving technology, the use of renewable resources, intelligent energy investment operation, and Internet information technology.
It will become one of the environmental business cooperation organizations and industry research institutions in Zhongguancun. It will also function as a counselor for nationwide development zones, large enterprise groups, multinational corporations, local governments and domestic and foreign financial institutions.
