The founding meeting of Zhongguancun's tech transfer promotion association was recently held in Beijing.
The association is sponsored by ZKHC (Beijing) Sci-tech Popularization Center, Beijing Shijingshan Productivity Promotion Center, China Technology Exchange, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the China Academy of Agricultural Sciences' technology transfer center.
Zhi Binwei, director of Zhonguancun management committee's innovation division; Liu Jun, former director of the Beijing Technology Market Management Office; Wu Changquan, director of the national network of scientific and technological achievements, as well as more than 50 representatives from the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau, colleges and universities, research institutes, well-known technology transfer and investment and financing institutions in Beijing, attended the meeting.
The meeting was hosted by Fu Zhixia, vice-president of the Guojie Senior Professors Science and Technology Consultation and Development Academy. Officials from Zhongguancun management committee extended congratulations to the founding of the association, and said that they would offer active support to the construction and development of the association. Yan Changchun, director of the preparatory committee of the association gave a report on its preparations.
The meeting reviewed and passed the association's draft constitution and membership dues and draft management, and the first council and board of supervisors were chosen. Its president, vice-president, secretary-general and chief supervisor were selected. Yan Changchun gave the 2015 work plan report on institutional improvement, membership development, resource integration and platform building.
