The Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games Bid Committee went to the Beijing Sport University, one of the key sport universities in China, to meet with the faculty and students in its lecture hall, on Nov 26.
It was the second time that the Olympic bidding promotion activity had been held in Beijing campus, after it was held last time in Beijing No 65 Middle School on Sept 17.
At the event, Wang Hui, director of the Information Office at the Beijing municipal government, explained the development of Beijing’s bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games and encouraged all the young people to get involved in winter sports and keep a healthy lifestyle.

Wang said that young people will benefit from the success of Beijing's bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic, and some of them may be participants in the grand sporting event – either as an athlete, a volunteer, or a referee.
The winter sports require strong willpower, courage and a love of nature. They will become a popular lifestyle.
Wang introduced the three guidelines of Beijing’s bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games — athlete oriented, sustainable development and frugality.
Beijing will try to provide the best service for the athletes and help them reach the peak in their sports careers and all the facilities will be fully utilized after the Games.
