Large-scale companies in Zhongguancun's Huairou Park generated combined revenue of 10.5 billion yuan ($1.7 billion) in the first eight months of this year, increasing 22.4 percent year-on-year. Their output value achieved 7.9 billion yuan, up 13.4 percent, with 710 million yuan's total taxation – up 40.4 percent, 1.07 billion yuan's total profit – up 23.1 percent and $33.75 million export value – up 9.4 percent.
The Park now has 66 companies included in the statistics system of Zhongguancun, which are in the nano-technology park, the technical service industry park and the digital information industry park. Ten companies in the parks enjoy growth rates higher than 30 percent, and three of them – Dongming Xingye Science & Technology Co, Joyo Electric Co and Beijing Indserve Tech Co – have their output value double that of the same period last year.
