APEC meeting begins in Beijing

The Concluding Senior Officials' Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) kicks off in Beijing on Wednesday, marking the beginning of the long-expected APEC Economic Leader's week in the Chinese capital.

The meeting will last for two days. The officials meet to prepare for the upcoming APEC events include the APEC Ministerial Meeting, APEC CEO Summit, APEC Business Advisory Council Dialogue with Leaders, and the 22nd APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting (AELM) scheduled on Nov 10-11.
