Fraud victim guilty of unlawful detention

A victim of fraud was placed under court-ordered supervision after he illegally detained a swindler in Beijing. The 49-year-old swindled 5.69 million yuan ($93,000) from the victim and was sentenced to 15 years in prison, according to Beijing Times.
