Driver causes accident to extort truck driver

A car driver surnamed Chen was prosecuted for endangering public security as he deliberately caused a traffic accident on Beijing's Sixth Ring Road Bridge. Chen intentionally hit a truck and extorted 11,000 yuan ($1,800) from the truck driver, according to Beijing Times.
